That is what Realtor Marketing must be about today. There is no longer the ability to hide behind your picture on a for sale sign or your trophy chest of awards from the parent company. An effective Realtor Marketing Campaign will highlight your expertise, make it easily found, and a difficult accomplishment to surpass. It will be built by sharing who you are, what you know, and how you are doing it today online. It will take the form of blog posts, videos, data driven reports, and good old fashioned testimonials. That is what you need to do.

Time, Know How, and Consistency are the Currency you Need to get there.

Here is what today’s Realtor Marketing is Not: It is not going to happen by plugging your agent ID into a pre-made website template. It is not going to happen without a consistent effort. It is not going to happen if you are satisfied with milking old contacts and not prepared to invest to create new ones. But then again, if it was that easy you would have to do something even greater to get a dominant market position.

This is a plan for those determined to be the best in their market, its not an attractive plan to those who are happy to be also rans.

I am working with Realtors who are setting their sights on market dominance, on demonstrating their skill and knowledge in a way that puts new clients at ease. These are brokers and agents that have the wherewithal to invest in themselves. As a realtor, you are the brand, the homes you are selling will come and go, and you will remain.
