Supplements for Health and Testosterone Support.

Here is my supplement protocol that has helped me double my testosterone, increase lean body mass, and boost my overall health. It is paired with a 5 day a week strength training regimen, protein and fat heavy diet (keto heavy), consistent hydration, consistent quality sleep, and low alcohol consumption.

This is the current evolution of the supplements I use as of today for health, strength, and hormone support as a middle aged man. I anticipate continuing to tinker and adjust.

I take two sets of supplements a day, one first thing in AM and the second in the late afternoon or evening. Here it is:

Tongkat Ali 800mg
